Get your Drupal repaired!

Upgrade from: to latest version.

How?

Please read the Drupal upgrade tutorial and make sure you feel comfortable with how a standard upgrade process works before going through this checklist.

  1. Select the version you are currently running from the drop-down menu
  2. Click on "patch" to get a diff file between your version and the latest version or "changed files archive" to get an archive containing only the files you need to update
  3. Backup everything (files and database) and then backup everything (did I mention backup everything?)
  4. Apply the patch file or copy the files from the "changed files archive" to the directory containing your Drupal installation, overwriting old files
  5. Continue the upgrade process (check if you need to run the update.php script)

Why?

When the number of Drupal powered sites you maintain grows larger, patching all of them everytime a minor release comes out can be a pain. When you're restricted to FTP access only, this pain becomes unbearable!

That's where Drupair comes in handy: just choose the version you want to upgrade from the dropdown menu and upgrade with ease!
